He
also lambasted the government for sending the army to the
Democratic Republic of Congo to illegally exploit natural
resources and to loot. He explained that as a consequence of
the crimes committed by a few army officers in the Congo,
generations of Ugandans would continue to live in abject
poverty as the government paid reparations for those crimes.
He called on the people to vote for FDC in order to get rid of the irresponsible NRM-O
government.
The rally was also

has addressed rallies in Kabuyanda and Kaberebere Town Centers in Mbarara
Districts and is now headed to address a mammoth rally at Boma Grounds
Mbarara town. The crowd at Boma grounds is estimated to be at
15,000 - 20,000 people.
